3. Cancellations and Refunds
•  Cancellations made 30 days before departure will receive a 50% refund.

•  No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before departure.

•  BC Travel reserves the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund provided.

•  Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers.

•  BC Travel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during the trip.

5. Health and Safety
•  Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health to participate in the activities.

•  Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.

•  BC Travel is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the trip.

•  We are not responsible for any delays or changes in the itinerary due to weather, strikes, or other uncontrollable factors.

•  Travelers are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of the tour guides.

•  BC Travel reserves the right to remove any traveler who poses a risk to themselves or others.
